LRC employs a variety of qualitative and quantitative methods including focus groups, one on one interviews, telephone surveys, online research, and in-person techniques. Research audiences include voters, consumers, executives, regulators, investors, employees, customers, association members, community leaders and others, at the local, national, and international level.
Many of our projects are designed to develop and test elements of an effective communications campaign. Our approach is based on the research methods proven by political strategists to craft winning campaigns, and can be applied to almost any effort in which clients seek to win an audiences support. Studies can be designed to assess current public opinion and trends over time, to explore communications themes and ideas, to refine and test messaging or media, as well as to test the impact of programs, activities or communications once they have been implemented. The results of this research and our analysis of the findings provide clients with essential tools for building or refining an internal or external strategy around an issue, project, product, brand, or organization.
